Standard procedure on the jobsite.
1. Check foundation for size and then mark it for the units.
2. Adjust and/or cut lolly columns to proper height.
3. Strip boxes – place garbage in dumpster and/or one pile.
4. Fasten first to second floors around perimeter.
5. On two-story house, identify and drop through electrical connections.
6. Align modules to meet evenly at floor, ceiling, doorways and stairwells.
7. Raise roofs, install knee walls, set top flips & or roof panels, lower overhangs, and install collar tie.
8. Install Simpson Fasteners where required.
9. Tyvek & install gable end panels, reverse gables, dormers, and/or crickets.
10.Fasten first floor boxes to sill plate.
11.Temporarily fasten lolly columns.
12.Install felt paper, ice & water shield, shingles, roof caps.
13.Bolt basement marriage wall beams where required by manufacturer.
14.Temporarily weather-in house by covering openings with felt, plastic, or builder provided tarps.
15.Stack carriers.
